Class Offerings and Schedule
The daily foundation of the gym. Hour-long classes held Monday-Saturday, where all ability levels are welcome. Every workout is adjusted to each individual's ability level by one of our expert coaches. The newbie, the advanced athlete, and everyone in between will feel welcomed here.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am, 9:30am, 4:00pm, 5:45pm
A 45-minute version of our daily classes. Straight to the point with a fast-paced warmup right into to the workout of the day. For those who are looking to get in, get it done, and get out.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:00pm
Sign in and enjoy uncoached access to the gym. The gym is all yours; get a workout in, make up a day you missed, or just hang out. Available any time the Tap Room is open.
Wednesday through Sunday: During Tap Room hours when Class is not being held
